Our Team

Eric Rogers, Founder and Managing Attorney

Born and raised in Minneapolis, Eric brings a practical, client-first mindset to family law. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School after beginning his legal studies at Mitchell Hamline. During law school, he interned with the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office and U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Minnesota, working on state and federal criminal matters.

After graduation, Eric worked as a prosecutor with the Mesa County District Attorney’s Office in Grand Junction, CO, managing a heavy docket and handling numerous high-stakes hearings and trials, including over a dozen jury trials. That courtroom experience now lives in his back pocket; he pushes for resolution when it serves his client’s interests, but he’s fully prepared to litigate when that’s what it takes.

Today, as the founder of Rogers Family Law Collective, Eric draws on his wide-ranging life and courtroom experience to guide clients through divorce and custody matters with compassion, thorough preparation, and steady advocacy.
